*"Everyone has the fire, but the champions know when to ignite the spark."* To mark the Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for the Academic session 2019-2020, students, teachers and other staff members celebrated the same with great passion and fervour on 28th February, 2021 in our school premises. The Dance group welcome all the guests, followed by various exhilarating and scintillating cultural programs performed by the students of our school. The most awaited moment arrived when the awards, trophies and certificates were to be distributed by the President, Secratary, Management and Principal among the position holders in scholastic and co-scholastic areas. This year, Himanshi from XII A was awarded the “Student of the year” award for her evergreen school performance in every field. The beaming and pleasant faces of the winners proved the success of the program in an effective manner.
JVM feels to be so prestegious and glorious for successfully hosting "State Lavel Legal Literacy Programme organised by School Education Department Haryana in collaboration with Haryana State Legal Services Authority. Besides this extreme happiness the school feels to be at the seventh sky after winning the FIRST POSITION IN DEBATE at all five levels in the said competition. Precious Gems of JVM who added more stars in the glory of the school. Tanushka and Kashish from class XI won the First Position in Legal Literacy Debate Competition at All Four Levels.

A workshop on ‘How To Motivate Your Students’ was organized in school Auditorium on 15th Sep. 2017 . In this workshop Resource Person MS. ANJALI SINGH guided the teachers. She suggested various methods to handle the students without giving them corporal punishment. It was a fruitful workshop. Teachers enhanced their skills and techniques. They also shared their experience.
A workshop on “Safe Classroom Management” was organised in school Auditorium on 28th Sep, 2017. The Resource Person MS.KANCHAN SOOD suggested various methods to make the classroom teaching effective. She also guided the teachers to make aware the students about good and bad touch.
A Conference of CBSE School Principals, HE’s and CNS of Sonipat was chaired by Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, Regional Officer, Panchkula on 23rd October ,2017 in the premises of Jain Vidya Mandir High School Sonepat . The following agenda points were discussed : 1. Conduct of examination – 2018 Suggestion. 2. Evaluation process – How to make it error free. 3. Initiatives of CBSE – General Interaction. 4. Feed back of all the aspects related to examination.

CBSE Sate Level Painting Competition ‘ENERGY CONSERVATION’ Happiness comes from creative efforts. And the joy of dreaming, creating and expressing your thoughts by drawing and painting is unparalled. JVM firmly believes that art is a natural means of communication and learning for children. It’s important for them to look at and respond to a piece of work by artist and illustrations. That’s why we provide them such opportunity to facilitate them to develop[ their talent in art to higher level and in return the students bring laurels to the school and make us exalt with their prowess. Most talented artist BHOOMI of Class VI did the same and made up proud as she participated in ‘State level painting competition Energy Conservation’ held on 14th November,2017 in Panchkula by CBSE and her painting was selected in Top Ten . Management , Principal and Staff congratulate her for this achievement and wish that she would bring more laurels for the school…….

It’s a prime privilege for us that we are organising First Open Badminton Tournament in our school. It is a golden opportunity for the students of Sonipat to participate in this event showing their prowess on newly built wooden layered floor with full enthusiasm. The opening ceremony was held on Dec 27, 2017 by the City Magistrate Ms. Shweta Suhag. The Closing Ceremony will be held on Dec 30 ,2017 by Deputy Commissioner Mr. K. M. Pandurang. About 170 students are showing their skills under different categories. i.e.( Under – 11, 13,15,17).
To make the teachers aware about “protection of Child Against Sexual Offence “ ( POCSO ) a workshop was organized by Mr. Sachin Bhardwaj from Ratna Sagar Publication on 12th January, 2018 . The main purpose of this workshop was to enable the teachers to check such types of offences against students in school premises. It was a fruitful experience for teachers for the sake of the child’s protection.
To enable the Students of Govt. school to interact with the students of different school , a special programme ‘Milan’ was organized in our School on 18 jan,2018 . A total number of 60 students of primary and upper primary from Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Jatwara marked their presence to interact with our students . It was a unique experience having the interaction with the students of urban and rural areas.. The programme commenced with the blessings of Almighty God . The school Audi was abuzz with various activities like warm up exercises, Cultural dance, sports and finally the interaction session.
“ Each time we face our fear, We gain our Strength, Courage And Confidence in the doing.” To reduce the stress of Board Exams and to enhance the Powers of the students a “Stress Reducing Board Level Examination “ was organized in the month of December2017 and January 2018. In which 12 JVMINES PARTICIPANT WITH GREAT Confidence. Out of them 4 Students brought laurels and made JVM proud. The bright scholars are: Abhinav (XII Commerce) 89.3%(3rdposition in Sonipat) incentive Rs. 3100 Himanshu ( XII Non-Medical) 68% Chemistry 2ndposition in Sonipat) incentive Rs. 2100 Himanshu Wadhwa (( XII Non-Medical) 98% Maths 1stposition in Sonipat) incentive Rs. 3100 Kashish XB 91% Maths 3rdposition in Sonipat) incentive Rs. 1100 JVM feels highly honored on its students as they never miss any chance in any of the fields either it is Scholastic or Co-scholastic.
“ The Wings of hope carry us Soaring high above the driving Winds of life “ Total 132 students were enrolled in CBSE X Examination. Out of these 70 students got above 90 marks in various subjects. Total 35 students got distinction . Kashish Wadhwa got 1st position with 94.4% marks, Ritika got 2nd position with 93.4% marks and Pratiksha scored 93.2% marks. Ritika and Riya Saini Scored 100 marks in mathematics . Congratulations the SCINTILLATING STARS of JVM.
“Workshop On How To Clear Maths Concepts “ Maths concepts are interesting but confusing for the students to make classroom teaching more effective / interesting for maths students a workshop was organized on 28th June,2018 in Rishikul Vidyapeeth , Sonepat. Our two mentors Ms. Charu and Ms. Manju attained the benefits of this workshop understanding , ‘How to clear Maths Concepts ‘ .The Resource Person Mr. Ashwani Bhardwaj motivated the Maths Teachers to make maths concepts more interesting.
“Success does not lie in RESULT But in Efforts ‘Being’ the best is not so important Doing the best is all that matters “ It’s a matter of immense pleasure that our students brought laurels getting 4th position (Science Stream) in Sonepat District in CBSE XII EXAMINATION. Out of 106 students 60 students scored above 90 marks in various subjects. Himanshu Wadhwa made the school as well as the parents proud getting the highest 96.2% marks in science stream . Anjali Malik got 2nd position with 95.8% marks and Himanshu Sharma Scored the 3rd position with 94.6% marks. In Commerce stream Abhinav secured 1st position with 94.4% marks ,Aarti got 2nd position with 93% marks and Muskan Kuchhal got 3rd position with 92.8% . In Humanities Anjali Ashodiya Scored 93.4% marks getting 1st position ,Kajal got 2nd position with 90.2 % marks and Virat Sharma got 3rd position with 90% marks. Best of luck to these Star Performers
“Capacity Building Programme on Computer science` And informatics practices” To enhance the skill in teachings two teachers Ms.Sudesh and Ms. Kanchan attended Capacity Buidding Programme on Computer Science and Informatics Practices on 14th July 2018 oraganized in RPS , Gannaur. Curriculum Update for class Xl and Xll was the main agenda of this workshop Resource Person Mr. Parmod Sharma and Ms. Preeti Arora guided the mentors about the new curriculum of Computer Science & IP These type of workshops are helpful to provide & better opportunities to the mentors to improve their teaching their teaching skill
“Seminar on Sanitation & Hygiene” To aware the girls about personal sanitation and hygiene , a Seminar on Sanitation and hygiene was conducted on 17th July,2018. The girl students of class 7th and 8th were provided precious knowledge regarding the same .
‘SUCCESS ON WHEELS’ JVMines , while basking in the glory of success do not sit on achieved laurels but tireless effort to touch the Zenith. To prove their prowers in sports 3 JVMINES Rohan Mandal VII, Amit XII and Gulshan X participated in “72 Min Flag Holding Skating Children Record “ organized by R.K. Memorial Sr. Sec. School, Safiabad, on 15th Aug, 2018. These students hold that record and got the trophy for their performance and made the school feel more and more proud.
‘Stride Olympiad Stars ‘ Knowledge is the elixir of life’ Adding a lot of gems in the glory of JVM, 9 students( Rishabh , Rohan, Yash Tyagi, Love, Manvi, Shelly, Nandini, Rinki, Rajat) showed their prowers getting cash prized in Stride Olympiad Test held on 5th Dec, 2017. It’s really a great success for the school where the students are excelling in all the fields.
To enhance the teaching skills and to create a strong bond between teachers and students a workshop on Behaviour Modification was organized in School Auditorium on 13th Sep,2018.Resource person Mr. Vivek Kumar shared many tips to modify Teacher’s behaviour in classroom so that students take more interest in their learning process.

JVM is a Storehouse of talents. The gems of JVM participated in District Level Children Day Competition held from 16th Oct to 26th Oct ,2018 organized by Haryana State Council for Child Welfare and (Harshita , Khushi, Akansha and Himanshi ) bagged prizes in various events.
“ Success is what you do with your ability , It’s how you use your talent .” Again a special day for J.V.M .’ ‘5 students of JVM participated in Talent Hunt –Inter School Competition 2018 ‘ Organised by Guru Nanak Institute of Higher Education, Murthal on 29th Oct, 2018. All the 5 gems (Khushi, Tamanna, Rinki Rathi , Anushka Pandey and Yashika Manchanda )grabbed prizes in different competitions.
Inter School Dance Competition was organized on 21st Nov, 2018 in School Auditorium .Various Schools from Sonepat participated in this competition . It was a huge platform to showcase the latent talent of the students. The competition was divided into Group and Duet Categories .Different cultural presentations mesmerized everyone with their expressions and performance.
To enhance the learning with Fun and Frolic, the students were provided a chance to visit Chandigarh and Pinjore on 2nd Dec, 2018. The students enjoyed their day with a lot of fun.
“EYES ENABLE US TO SEE THIS BEAUTIFUL WORLD”. An EYE CHECKUP CAMP was organized on 5th Dec, 2018 in School Auditorium. It was a regular annual checkup provided to the students. A team of three Doctors and an Assistant from Dr. Shroff Charity Eye Hospital Dariyaganj, New Delhi in collaboration with Drishti Seva Sadan
JVMines again proved their caliber. 6 Students out of 13 from Sonepat District got a scholarship of 500 per month for one year in the Second Stage of Deen Dayal Sparsh Yojna 2018-19 organized by Post Office.
One more cheer for JVMINS. In CBSE X exams (session 2017-18) Ritika and Riya Saini has been awarded with Certificate of Merit for outstanding performance and for being among the top 0.1 percent if successful candidates in Mathematics getting 100% marks.
GOLDEN SQUAD It's a matter of immense pleasure that 6 JVMINES Himanshu Bhatia,Harsh Malik, Yash, Shruti, Lakshay and Sahil got Gold Medals in Kolkata Open Taekwondo Championship held at Kolkata on 28th to 30th December 2018. Congratulations students!
Fun sports games is one fun thing that nearly all kids can agree upon. Whether it’s team sports activities, sports games for kids, kids exercises, or even just talking about sports. SHALA PRAVESH CEREMONY "From small beginnings come great things" With high flames, fragrant air and the chanting of sacred mantras, the Shala Pravesh Ceremony was performed in JVM School on 1st April, 2019. To take the blessings of goddess Saraswati, all the members of Management, Principal, staff, students and even the parents participated in the ceremony with great exuberance. Taekwondo Sensations "You are born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win and expect to win" A great achievement for JVM. 4 students again proved their prowess in 1st Haryana State Taekwondo Championship held at Police Line, Rohtak from 19th to 21st April 2019. Khushi, Mansi, Hariom bagged Silver Medals and Shruti got Bronze Medal. Really it's a fantabulous moment for everyone to boast of the achievement of school.

A health and fitness awareness programme was organized in school campus to create awareness among students for their fit and healthy future. The students were very excited and happy to attend this kind of programme.
5th International Yoga Day Celebration 2019 was celebrated on 21st June,2019 in New Anaj Mandi Sonepat. All the staff members and students of JVM also participated in that celebration with great zeal and enthusiam. Everyone was benefitted with many yogic pranayam. It was really a great experience being a part of this campaign.
